The villa is arranged on two levels.

The recently renovated structure mixes the modern, functional features of the kitchen and the bathrooms with the traditional elements of italian architecture such as terracotta flooring and beautiful, exposed-beam ceilings. On the ground floor, the mansion offers a cozy livingroom with sofa's and a fireplace, as well as smaller lounge areas, three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two twin size bedrooms and two extra bathrooms. A beautiful arched doorway connects a spacious kitchen with the dining room witha big table. Climbing the charming wooden stairs, the first floor offers two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Two additional connecting flats are accessible through the outdoor staircase. Each flat offers a living room with fireplace and a fully equiped kitchenette, a double bed and a private bathroom. Every room has air conditioning and WiFi is available throughout the property.

The estate is surrounded by a beautiful private garden with olive trees, a swimming pool with sun lounger chairs and umbrellas, a jacuzzi, a children's playground, a foozball table, a tennis table, a barbecue area and garden forniture, everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
